1.1.1 Delivery to Ireland is € 5.99 for first item than € 1.00 add to addition items items no matter how many pairs you buy. For a limited time, we are offering FREE delivery on orders over €75. Please print off & take your confirmation email and the credit/debit card used when collecting your order our online store. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
1.1.2 We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods you have offered to purchase within 5 working days after we receive your offer. (GlS delivery in one working days however we are not responsible for any delay from GLS. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
1.1.3 We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address such as a workplace, university or friend/family address at checkout. The alternative delivery address must be in the Republic of Ireland.
1.1.4 Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm), Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.
1.1.5 A signature will be required on delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address will be proof that the order has been delivered to you. A signature may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address. If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbour who will be asked to sign on your behalf. Alternatively, your parcel may be delivered to a local Post Office, or returned to the couriers depot and delivery will be attempted at a later date.
5.1.6 Pick up from Collection point
We have only one collection point in Dublin 1 at Mary Street. A member of staff will set a meeting time and location for you to collect your item. You also can pay on collection. Please see the payment paragaraph.
1.2.1 We hope you’re happy with your new Ocular Fashion purchase! However, if you’re unhappy for any reason, here’s what to do.
1.2.2 If the shoes are not as you thought they would be or you simply do not like them when you get them or they do not match the outfit you bought them for, you have up to 7 days to return them to us with full refund. All we ask is that you send them back in the condition that you received them and in their original box where possible.

We recommend that you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel.
1.2.4 If the item is faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, we will be able to offer a refund or an exchange and reimburse your postage costs if applicable. We’re really sorry, but we’re unable to take back used goods which are unsuitable or don’t fit, or reimburse the postage costs incurred returning unused/unsuitable items to us. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.

2.2 Payment may be made by any of the methods above and will be pre-auth'd from your account when we receive your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method you use.
2.3 Payment will be processed using the services of SECpay, PayPal and Lloyds CardNet Merchant Services. For Debit, Credit and Gift Card payments, we may use a payment on despatch system. This means that your bank will ring fence a pre authorisation amount of £1 when the order is placed, and the full payment for each item will be debited as we despatch your order. As we may ship items from separate locations, this may mean that you see multiple debits for one order. Any pre authorisation amounts should be returned to your account 2-3 days
